There is a background check and motor vehicle report application fee $30. Also a member monthly access fee of $7.50 and first-time reservation and registration fee $45. The combined total of $75 (member fee discounted for new drivers). The registration will cover your motor vehicle report, insurance add-on fee, and technology set-up fee (Vehicle ID access key card and check in fob).
