If you realize during your booking that you are going to be late returning the car, send us a message immediately as there is someone with another booking straight after you.
We do understand that things do happen and sometimes they’re beyond your control, so if you let us know you’ll be late at least 15 minutes, you may return without penalty. If you return the car late and there is another member waiting, and you haven’t told us that you will return the car late, then, unfortunately, there will be an additional fee.
You may also need to pay the reasonable costs incurred by the inconvenienced member (which may be the cost of a lost income). If you have any doubt about being able to make it, then begin driving for the return location at least 30 minutes before you reservation ends.
